When it comes to instructions, we always have 2 choices – we can either obey them, or disregard them. Obeying God’s instructions is the primary idea that is conveyed through the longest chapter in the Bible.
As we dive into a study in Psalm 119, we’ll start with a little background to this wonderful Psalm. Then we’ll look at 3 things in the 1st section of 8 verses: we’ll see the Benefits of Obedience, we’ll look at God’s Perspective on the Priority of Obedience, and finally, we’ll consider what ought to be Our Prayer for Perseverance in Obedience.
Let’s make a lifestyle out of obedience to the Lord.
