As we come up on Easter there is a critical question which has been asked and needs to be answered.  It’s not a riddle, but it has been called a mystery.  The answer to the question is vitally important, because it will directly impact a person’s future.  It is a question Jesus asked His disciples, and it’s the same, unspoken question that people were faced with at a parade nearly 2000 years ago.  Simply stated the question is, “Who is Jesus?”

 

Luke’s account of Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem before His arrest and crucifixion shows us a variety of answers to the question, “Who is Jesus?”  Let’s consider the answers illustrated by the people who were there, how Jesus answers the question, and then talk about people’s answers today.

 

Jesus is the King who came in peace & will come again in power.
