Some  Psalms talk about God being our help from various problems that surround us.  But what do we do when the problem is not around us but is IN us?  Times when we are “in the depths” (doubts, besetting sin, spiritual dryness, feeling distant from God, etc.)?  Psalm 130 assures us that God is our deliverer in these times as well!

 

When a shadow is over your soul, there is hope.
