1 Timothy 2 contains Paul’s instructions for proper attitudes and behavior within the church, particularly as we gather in public worship.  Some in our culture might view the things Paul has to say here as “triggering.”  But, we need to let God’s Word speak and we need to seek to understand what exactly He is saying through it.

 

In 1 Tim. 2:8-15 there are 3 things which we should take to heart as believers in Christ: 1) We Need a Proper Attitude towards Prayer; 2) We Need a Proper Attitude towards Appearance; and 3) We Need to Prioritize God’s Intention for Our Instruction.

 

Pursue Godliness in worship, prioritizing God’s design.
